What size mini storage containers do you offer?
Currently we only offer one size at this time. 20′ L x 8′ W x 8.5′ H
How long can I keep the storage container at my home, office or jobsite?
You can keep the storage container for up to 30 days included in our initial base rate. If you need it picked up sooner we can schedule early pick up. If you need it longer than 30 days, no problem. Keep it as long as you need it on day rate.
How do I schedule a storage container to be delivered?
Please fill out the online reservation request form. Once we have all the pertinent information we can confirm availability for your location and send over the rental agreement for signature/payment.
How far out do I need to schedule delivery or pick up?
Often we can provide same day delivery M-F, but booking in advance a few days is recommended. Weekend delivery may incur an additional fee. Our goal is to schedule pick ups within 24hr of being notified M-F. Advance notice is recommended to guarantee a spot on our schedule.
Do you offer moving services?
No. We do not offer moving services. We only offer temporary or long term storage delivered to your home, office or jobsite. We can only pick up/move our containers when they are empty and free of any contents.
Are there restrictions on where the storage containers can be placed?
Yes. Our containers need to be placed on firm, fairly level ground with no more than 6 degrees of slope. We need 13ft of overhead clearance, 10ft of width and 35ft in front of the container for our truck to safely maneuver out from under it.
What items are not allowed in the storage container?
For safety and legal reasons, there are certain items that are strictly prohibited from being stored in our portable storage units. These include materials that are hazardous, flammable, explosive, perishable, illegal, or otherwise unsafe.
Do not pack the following:
• Items with non-removable lithium batteries (e.g., e-bikes, power tools, some toys,
electronics, and appliances) – lithium batteries must be removed prior to storage.
• Gas-powered equipment like lawn mowers, generators, grills, fire pits, and
smokers unless fully drained of fuel and cleaned of residue.
• Vehicles and motorized items, including motorcycles, scooters, golf carts, dirt
bikes, watercraft, and similar machinery.
• Explosives or ammunition.
• Compressed gases such as propane or oxygen tanks, or aerosol cans.
• Flammable liquids or chemicals, such as solvents, paint thinners, varnishes, or
cleaning products.
• Pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers, and pool maintenance chemicals.
• Fireworks or flare devices.
• Alcohol, tobacco products, and other regulated substances.
In addition to hazardous items, we also advise against storing the following due to risk of damage, loss, or legal complications:
• Food, pet food, or anything perishable
• Sensitive documents (birth certificates, passports, social security cards, etc.)
• Prescription medication or medical devices
• Weapons or firearms
• Family heirlooms, collectibles, artwork, or high-value items (e.g., precious metals,
jewelry, watches, furs)
• Cash, checks, credit/debit cards, or financial records
• Hard drives, backup drives, or devices storing important data
• Live plants or animals
• Items not owned by you or otherwise not permitted to be moved
